What is the aim of the counselling, and therapy I offer?

To support you in building your coping strategies, to allow you to have healthy mental and emotional resilience.
To gain an awareness of your identity and make healthier choices and decisions in your life.
To help you to arrive at a place of inner strength and self- belief whereby you no longer feel that you need therapeutic support.
